Vanessa Vorbach

website copywriting & book editing

Website copy and book editing for Vanessa Vorbach, a multilingual voice-over artist and author, who wanted to intentionally tell her story to the world.

Vanessa Vorbach is a multilingual voice-over artist and author whose work is rooted in authenticity, connection, and calm. Her goal was to build a soulful, story-rich website that reflected her true self and offered a home for her debut book, Rise Again, and a companion deck of cards.

About The Project

A voice that is more than a medium — it’s a message.

Vanessa had already partnered with a designer to bring her visual brand to life. My job was to shape the voice through website copy that felt both elevated and grounded.

We built it from scratch: homepage, about, journal, contact, and a page that spotlighted her full range of work, from voice acting to her self-published book. Every line was rooted in our discovery session where we uncovered her tone, her why, and the soulful storytelling that drives everything she does.

Beyond the website, I also supported Vanessa with book and card deck editing, offering light-touch refinements and thoughtful suggestions to keep the emotional arc intact while tightening the language.

How It Happened

Your home should be a place that supports who you are and how you want to live.

My focus was on voice matching and translating the heart of Vanessa’s story into words that felt natural, honest, and grounded in her truth. She brings a unique blend of light, emotion, and a grounded nature to her work, and it was important that every page mirrored that same balance.

Working with Vanessa felt like working in flow. Thoughtful collaboration, meaningful conversations, and a shared belief in the power of words to connect us.

This was more than a website. It was her story, told with clarity, compassion, and confidence. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
